کیلس یک اپ و کیبورد فارسی برای آیفون و آیپد است که گفتار را روی خود دستگاه به متن تبدیل می‌کند. این صفحه می‌گوید کیلس چه داده‌ای را کجا نگه می‌دارد، چه چیزی برای ما فرستاده می‌شود و شما چه اختیاری دارید. منظور از «ما»، سازنده‌ی کیلس است: [نام سازنده یا شرکت].
خلاصه
- دیکته بدون اینترنت و روی خود دستگاه انجام می‌شود.
- آنچه با کیبورد تایپ می‌کنید هرگز برای ما فرستاده نمی‌شود.
- صدای دیکته فقط وقتی برای ما فرستاده می‌شود که خودتان اجازه داده باشید، و آن هم فقط برای دیکته‌هایی که اصلاح کرده‌اید.
- بعد از هفت روز استفاده‌ی رایگان، برای ادامه یا باید نسخه‌ی مادام‌العمر را بخرید یا تبلیغ ببینید. برای نگه داشتن واژه‌نامه، TapMap و تم کیبورد هم باید حساب بسازید.
صدا و دیکته
- مدل گفتار همراه اپ نصب می‌شود. صدای شما روی همین دستگاه به متن تبدیل می‌شود و برای این کار به اینترنت فرستاده نمی‌شود.
- اپ میکروفون را فقط وقتی باز نگه می‌دارد که «جلسه» را شروع کرده باشید. هر وقت بخواهید می‌توانید جلسه را پایان دهید.
- چند دیکته‌ی آخر فقط در حافظه‌ی موقت اپ می‌ماند تا اگر یکی را اصلاح کردید، با متن درست جفت شود. این داده با بسته شدن اپ پاک می‌شود.
کیبورد
- کیبورد برای دیکته و خواندن تنظیمات شما به «دسترسی کامل» (Full Access) نیاز دارد. ارتباط کیبورد با اپ کیلس فقط داخل همین دستگاه است.
- کیبورد خودش به اینترنت وصل نمی‌شود. آنچه تایپ می‌کنید به هیچ جا فرستاده نمی‌شود.
- برای پیشنهاد کلمه و دقیق‌تر شدن لمس‌ها، کیبورد کلمه‌های پرکاربرد، جای لمس کلیدها و تنظیمات شما را روی همین دستگاه نگه می‌دارد.
- کیبورد می‌تواند اپ کیلس را باز کند، مثلاً برای شروع جلسه یا دیدن تنظیمات. با این کار داده‌ای جابه‌جا نمی‌شود.
حساب کاربری
- در هفت روز اول حساب لازم نیست. بعد از آن، برای نگه داشتن و همگام‌سازی واژه‌نامه‌ی شخصی، TapMap (یادگیری جای لمس شما) و تم کیبورد باید در سایت [دامنه‌ی سایت] حساب بسازید.
- برای حساب، ایمیل و رمز عبور شما و یک شناسه‌ی کاربری نگه داشته می‌شود. رمز عبور به‌صورت رمزنگاری‌شده ذخیره می‌شود.
- واژه‌نامه، TapMap و تم شما روی سرور کیلس به حساب شما وصل می‌شوند تا روی دستگاه‌های دیگر و بعد از نصب دوباره هم بمانند. واژه‌نامه از کلمه‌هایی ساخته می‌شود که خودتان اضافه کرده‌اید یا اصلاح کرده‌اید. این داده‌ها فقط برای کار خود کیبورد به کار می‌روند.
- حساب و همه‌ی داده‌های آن را می‌توانید هر وقت بخواهید از داخل اپ (تنظیمات › حساب › حذف حساب) یا از سایت پاک کنید. حذف در [مدت حذف، مثلاً ۳۰ روز] کامل می‌شود.
خرید و تبلیغات
- پرداخت خرید مادام‌العمر را Apple انجام می‌دهد. ما اطلاعات کارت یا پرداخت شما را نمی‌بینیم. فقط وضعیت خرید به حساب شما وصل می‌شود تا روی دستگاه‌های دیگر هم معتبر باشد.
- اگر به‌جای خرید، تبلیغ دیدن را انتخاب کنید، تبلیغ‌ها فقط داخل اپ کیلس نشان داده می‌شوند و هیچ‌وقت داخل کیبورد نیستند. شبکه‌ی تبلیغاتی [نام شبکه‌ی تبلیغاتی] ممکن است شناسه‌ی دستگاه، داده‌ی تبلیغ و نحوه‌ی تعامل با تبلیغ را جمع کند. اگر در پنجره‌ی اجازه‌ی ردیابی Apple اجازه ندهید، از شناسه‌ی تبلیغاتی دستگاه استفاده نمی‌شود. سیاست حریم خصوصی آن شبکه: [لینک سیاست شبکه‌ی تبلیغاتی].
- اگر نسخه‌ی مادام‌العمر را بخرید، تبلیغی نمی‌بینید و داده‌ای به شبکه‌ی تبلیغاتی نمی‌رود.
یادگیری از اصلاح‌ها (با اجازه‌ی شما)
- بار اول از شما پرسیده می‌شود که آیا صدای دیکته‌هایی که اصلاح می‌کنید برای بهتر شدن تشخیص فارسی فرستاده شود یا نه. بدون پاسخ مثبت چیزی فرستاده نمی‌شود.
- اگر اجازه دهید، برای هر دیکته‌ای که اصلاح کنید، صدای همان دیکته (حداکثر ۳۰ ثانیه)، متن تشخیص‌داده‌شده و متن اصلاح‌شده به سرور کیلس فرستاده می‌شود. این نمونه‌ها جدا از حساب شما نگه داشته می‌شوند و به نام یا ایمیل شما وصل نیستند.
- این نمونه‌ها فقط برای آموزش مدل گفتار کیلس به کار می‌روند و به کس دیگری فروخته یا داده نمی‌شوند. مدل بهتر از طریق به‌روزرسانی به همه‌ی کاربران می‌رسد.
- نمونه‌ها تا [مدت نگهداری] نگه داشته می‌شوند. این گزینه را هر وقت بخواهید می‌توانید در تنظیمات › یادگیری از اصلاح‌ها خاموش کنید.
گزارش خرابی
اگر اپ یا کیبورد خراب شود، iOS گزارش فنی آن را به اپ می‌دهد. این گزارش‌ها فقط روی دستگاه می‌مانند و فقط وقتی برای ما فرستاده می‌شوند که خودتان از صفحه‌ی «گزارش خرابی‌ها» آن‌ها را بفرستید. این گزارش‌ها متن تایپ‌شده یا صدای شما را ندارند.
کجا نگه داشته می‌شود
داده‌های حساب، همگام‌سازی و آموزش روی سرورهای [محل سرور، کشور و شرکت میزبان] نگه داشته و در انتقال رمزنگاری می‌شوند.
کودکان
کیلس برای کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال ساخته نشده است و ما آگاهانه از آن‌ها داده جمع نمی‌کنیم.
حق‌های شما
می‌توانید یک نسخه از داده‌هایتان را بخواهید، اصلاح یا حذفشان را بخواهید، و هر اجازه‌ای را که داده‌اید پس بگیرید. برای این کار از داخل اپ یا با ایمیل [ایمیل تماس] اقدام کنید.
تغییرات و تماس

Keyless Privacy Policy

Keyless is a Persian app and keyboard for iPhone and iPad that turns speech into text on the device. This page explains what data Keyless keeps and where, what is sent to us, and the choices you have. “We” means the developer of Keyless: [developer or company name].
Summary
- Dictation runs on the device, with no internet needed.
- What you type with the keyboard is never sent to us.
- Dictation audio is sent to us only if you allow it, and only for dictations you have corrected.
- After a 7-day free trial, you either buy the lifetime version or watch ads to keep using Keyless. Keeping your dictionary, TapMap and keyboard theme also requires an account.
Voice and dictation
- The speech model is installed with the app. Your voice is transcribed on this device and is not sent over the internet for that.
- The app keeps the microphone open only while you have started a session. You can end it at any time.
- The last few dictations are held only in the app’s memory, so that a correction you make can be paired with the right text. They are gone when the app closes.
Keyboard
- The keyboard needs Full Access for dictation and to read your settings. It talks to the Keyless app only within this device.
- The keyboard itself does not connect to the internet. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
- For word suggestions and touch accuracy, the keyboard keeps your frequent words, where you touch the keys and your settings on this device.
- The keyboard can open the Keyless app, for example to start a session or show settings. No data is passed when it does.
Account
- No account is needed for the first 7 days. After that, keeping and syncing your personal dictionary, TapMap (your learned touch positions) and keyboard theme requires an account on [website domain].
- For the account we keep your email, your password and a user ID. The password is stored encrypted.
- Your dictionary, TapMap and theme are linked to your account on the Keyless server, so they stay across devices and reinstalls. The dictionary is made of words you added or corrected. This data is used only to make the keyboard work.
- You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the app (Settings › Account › Delete Account) or on the website. Deletion is complete within [deletion period, e.g. 30 days].
Purchases and ads
- Apple handles payment for the lifetime purchase. We never see your card or payment details. Only the purchase status is linked to your account, so that it works on your other devices.
- If you choose ads instead of buying, ads appear only inside the Keyless app, never in the keyboard. The ad network [ad network name] may collect a device identifier, advertising data and how you interact with ads. If you decline Apple’s tracking prompt, the device’s advertising identifier is not used. The network’s privacy policy: [ad network privacy policy link].
- If you buy the lifetime version, you see no ads and no data goes to the ad network.
Learning from corrections (with your permission)
- The first time, you are asked whether recordings of dictations you correct may be sent to improve Persian recognition. Nothing is sent unless you say yes.
- If you allow it, for each dictation you correct, its recording (up to 30 seconds), the recognised text and the corrected text are sent to the Keyless server. These samples are kept apart from your account and are not linked to your name or email.
- They are used only to train the Keyless speech model and are never sold or shared. Improved models reach all users through updates.
- Samples are kept for [retention period]. You can turn this off at any time in Settings › Learning from corrections.
Crash reports
If the app or keyboard crashes, iOS gives the app a technical report. These reports stay on the device and are sent to us only if you send them yourself from the Crash Reports page. They do not contain what you typed or your voice.
Where data is stored
Account, sync and training data are stored on servers at [server location, country and hosting provider] and encrypted in transit.
Children
Keyless is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw any permission you gave, in the app or by emailing [contact email].
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is published at nikpendar.github.io/STTS/privacy.html with a new date. For significant changes we also tell you in the app. Contact: [contact email].
